Vincent has lived in the Western New York area for most of his life. He attended elementary school at Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna, NY and high school at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, NY. He went on to receive his BA from the University at Buffalo in Political Science and later earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from UB’s School of Architecture and Planning.
Housing has been a passion of his for several years. Throughout the course of his life, he has experienced the “housing sector” from almost every angle. He has sold real estate to both first-time homeowners and out of town investors, rented properties to students, doctors, and Section 8 recipients, worked in home repair, represented clients in housing court, applied for and won grants utilizing community support, the list goes on. Throughout the years Vincent has also worked for several government bodies including The City of Buffalo’s Administration and Finance, The State of Colorado’s Taxation Department, and with the Mayor’s office of The City of Tonawanda.
Understanding market trends and development impacts on neighborhoods are important skills a housing professional must have. He has demonstrated a firm grasp of such knowledge throughout the years by writing market research articles that have been published in local periodicals, assisting localities in determining the feasibility of developing in particular areas, and successfully purchasing, repairing, and selling homes at a profit. Joe has lived in Buffalo since 2015, moving here from Florida to complete a B.A. and M.S. at D'Youville College. Mohammed was a successful criminal lawyer in Bangladesh from 1986-2003. He was an assistant public prosecutor at the same time he was a court reporter for Bengali newspaper, Daily Azadi. He became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2004. Alongside Rondinelli Real Estate, he is also the closing assistant for attorney Daniel Tarantino, and an advisor of the Buffalo Bangla News. His hobbies include writing articles and poems related to his profession in real estate.

Julie Paul has lived in the Western New York area for the last 24 years. She grew up in a military family that lived in several states as well as overseas. She is a graduate of Fort Knox High School, Raised a family and completed the Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Buffalo State College. Daniel attributes his love of Buffalo winters to being born during a blizzard. He attended Boston Valley Elementary School and spent his formative years in Hamburg, NY. After High School, he received his B.A. in Biology at SUNY Potsdam and returned home to complete his M.S. Ed. in Biology Education at Buffalo State College. Daniel teaches biology, photography, and cooking at an after school program in Buffalo's west side, where he recently purchased his first home (yay!).
