- The obvious steps of putting the house on the Multiple Listing System and placing a sign on the house. These are truly the most effective regarding getting the most eyes on your property.
- We will list it on Monday; generate some buzz. Then, have an Open House Saturday morning. Normally this method produces multiple offers/bidding wars.
- Open House prep: Make sure to remove all clutter, garbage, and animals, replace damaged items, and mow the lawn. We also bake cookies the day of the house to add an olfactory appeal. Printouts will be provided to prospective buyers. Open House advertising (signs, balloons) will be strategically placed in the neighborhood on the day of the Open House.
- Online Advertising: We are a Premier Agency on Zillow. Therefore all of our listings are Featured Listings. Which means they are the default listings when someone searched in that city, county or zip code. Featured listings are viewed 3 times as often as a normal listing.
